用最热情的方式接待所有进店用户,提供专业的产品讲解,结合用户情况与使用场 景,使用户理解产品的核心价值,激发用户对于品牌与产品的热情; 2.试乘试驾:为顾客提供专业的试乘试驾服务,通过在实际驾乘体验过程中回答关于车辆使用的相 关问题,解除顾客用车顾虑;

## Qualifications

### 职位要求
- 汽车品牌直营门店工作经验者优先,对汽车产品和行业具备浓厚的兴趣与热情;
- 善于沟通,具备有效的沟通能力;
- 认同小米的愿景与文化价值观;
- 认可认同销售工作,具备复杂情况下的韧性、应变能力和稳定的情绪管理能力;
