## Job description
- 负责对接产品研发团队，拉通新品上市前的所有服务体系内准备工作，制定与上游供应链公司之间的服务条款；
- 负责设计新产品在全球各个销售国家的保修政策、保修流程；
- 负责监控及优化产品上市后服务流程、应对突发或质量问题带来的问题，输出售后服务解决方案。

## Qualifications
- 丰富的大家电产品售后服务经验，熟悉海外大家电的服务政策及流程
- 有过海外大家电服务准备经验；
- 英语达到国家6级标准，听说读写俱佳
- 丰富的团队协作及项目推动力，有PMP证书优先
