## Job description
- 协助集团品牌传播专项的传播方案规划设计与执行统筹，包括但不限于内容构思、创意策划、传播动作等，并制定传播节奏配置，有效保障项目落地，向业务线交付传播结果；
- 协助向各业务线交付公关传播专项及全年、专项舆情监测和管理规划；
- 协同市场营销部门，推动整合营销的传播落地。

## Qualifications
- 本科及以上学历，市场营销、广告学、传播学、商业管理等相关专业优先；
- 了解主流社交媒体平台运营规则和推广技巧，具备良好的文案撰写、审美品位、创意策划和数据分析能力；
- 有公关思维，有敏锐的市场洞察力和分析能力，具备良好的沟通协调能力，能够与跨部门团队及外部合作伙伴高效合作。
