## Job description

1、负责国际销售管理工作，对销售目标及各项销售运营指标负责 2、销售业绩管理，销售达成分析及销售提升方案制定；3、销售数据汇总、维护及分析。4、销售业务流程搭建；5、渠道政策及合规管理；6、市场洞察及数据系统搭建。

## Qualifications

1、对小米公司有一定认知和了解，商业分析、数据分析、外语等专业毕业；2、数据/销售敏感度高；3、有搭建数据系统的经验，熟悉了解CRM/SAP/DMS等系统产品知识；4、较强的沟通和协作能力；5、流利的中英口语及书面表达能力。6、加分项：Microsoft Excel能力、数据分析能力、热爱硬件产品、米粉
