## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 负责监管机构的日常沟通，依据监管要求落实客户尽职调查、内控机制建设、大额可疑交易上报等各项反洗钱工作
- 维护反洗钱系统数据信息，确保数据的完整性和准确性，组织反洗钱数据整改与优化
- 负责监管现场或非现场检查，撰写监管材料，并就检查发现问题落实整改
- 组织各业务条线、分支机构开展反洗钱宣传与培训
- 负责上级交办的其他事项

## Qualifications

### 任职要求
- 本科学历及以上，有责任心、具备良好的跨部门沟通能力及解决复杂问题的能力
- 具有5年以上反洗钱工作经验，熟悉国内反洗钱法规要求，具备扎实的专业知识
- 有较好的团队意识、合作能力及表达能力
