## Job description
- 负责本班组的安全、质量、交付、成本等工作目标的达成；
- 负责本班组人员管理及培训；
- 通过改进改善降低成本，提高工作效率；
- 提升班组凝聚力；
- 维护本区域现场5S及安全生产；

## Qualifications

### 经验
- 电驱生产班长经历； 学历：中专及以上学历； 工作年限5年以上。
- 了解电驱产品工艺、生产组织、质量管理、人员管理、成本控制等方面的专业知识；
- 熟练使用Excell、PPT、Word等办公软件；
- 掌握常用的质量、问题解决、PDCA、现场改善管理工具；
- 熟悉整车厂电驱生产线的装配内容及要点；
- 有较强的组织能力、语言表达能力和沟通能力；
