## Job description
- 参与小爱服务端面向长期目标的架构建设工作，提升服务端整体迭代效率和服务性能；
- 参与下一代小爱服务端架构升级，设计能适应文本大模型、多模态模型的算法流程高速迭代的harness架构；
- 参与小爱工程关键技术问题攻关，与客户端、算法策略、产品评测等团队合作，提升用户体验及稳定性。

## Qualifications
- 计算机、软件工程及相关专业，本科及以上学历，工作5年以上；
- 计算机基础扎实；熟练掌握至少一门后端语言，如Java/Golang/Python；
- 有强烈的工作责任心，较好的学习能力和自驱力；
- 熟练使用AI编码工具，充分理解氛围编程理念，能用利用 AI Code 高效完成代码开发；
- 有harness系统设计和优化经验者优先，有分布式、高并发系统开发设计经验者优先。
