## Job description

### 产品讲解
- 热情接待所有进店用户，提供专业产品讲解，结合用户情况与使用场景，激发用户对品牌与产品的热情；

### 试乘试驾
- 为用户提供专业的试乘试驾服务，解答用车顾虑

### 用户体验
- 解决用户购车及用车问题，同时与交付、售后伙伴高校合作

## Qualifications
- 善于沟通，具备较好的沟通协调能力
- 认同小米的愿景与文化价值观
- 认同销售工作，具备复杂情况下的应变能力和稳定的情绪管理能力
- 持有有效中国驾照（C1及以上），1年以上实际驾龄，无不良行驶记录
