## Job description

### 交车前准备
- 协助交付顾问完成车辆检查，引导客户完成验车。

### 客户接待
- 负责交付当天的客户迎接与引导，提供茶水服务，营造专业、温馨的交付氛围。

### 功能讲解
- 协助向车主详细讲解车辆基础操作、智能座舱功能及日常充电注意事项。

### 手续办理
- 协助交付顾问办理尾款支付、保险办理、临牌申领、上牌资料收集等交付相关手续。

### 交车仪式
- 执行交车仪式鲜花、合影、交车礼等，提升客户尊享感与满意度。

## Qualifications
- 在校大学生，大二至大四均可；
- 专业不限，汽车、机械、市场营销、服务类专业优先；
- 阳光亲和，干净利落，符合小米品牌调性；
- 普通话标准，表达流畅，有服务意识积极主动，有责任心，愿意与用户打交道；
- 每周可出勤不少于5天，能接受周末排班；
- 加分项:在校学生干部、对新能源汽车有兴趣、有驾照、有服务类实习经验。
