## Job description
- 协助区域经理对门店运营进行支持提升门店运营效率
- 协助区域经理对自有店长进行运营指导、赋能、培训跟进
- 区域销售业绩达成通报，核心管理指标跟进
- 销售政策，激励政策，活动政策传递，确保自有店长和门店掌握
- 阶段性重点项目的落地、新品上市，大促活动等

## Qualifications
- 本科以上学历
- 有手机通讯行业经验3年以上，仅限手机通讯行业。
- 有较强的总结归纳和协调能力，有较好的对内和对外的活动能力，擅长沟通和协作；
- 具备优秀的逻辑思维及表达能力，文字功底较强。
