## Job description
- 负责改制方案的可行性评估和工艺方案审核（整车、零部件及三电）；
- 负责改制运营资源（人、机、料、法、环）统筹的闭环；
- 负责改制能力的提升和改善；
- 负责改制问题的解决和体系闭环；
- 制定和完善改制运营的相关流程、机制和方法论。

## Qualifications
- 大学本科及以上学历，理工科专业；
- 大学英语CET-4以上，具有良好的听说读写能力；
- 能够熟练使用Catia.AutoCAD者优先；
- 较强的责任感，良好的沟通协调能力及团队协作精神。
