## Job description
- 负责公司生产采购系统的产品规划设计、迭代和优化工作，以提升供应链效率和业务价值；
- 负责整个产品生命周期，对用户负责，产出安全、稳定、易用的产品，协调并驱动技术、测试、运营等多个团队共同完成产品业务目标;
- 深入业务需求场景，有丰富的用户调研经验，能主动预判、发现业务挑战与问题，据此规划产品路线图带领项目团队落地战略；
- 能掘洞察用户及业务需求痛点，并协同团队解决问题，拿到结果，提升效率&产品体验；
- 对接公司采购、财务等团队，落实零部件从采购到交付、结算全流程采购相关系统优化；
- 负责实现公司业务流程的系统化，提高公司采购数字化、智能化水平，提高业务作业效率。

## Qualifications
- 本科及以上学历，对互联网产品或企业管理软件产品有深入理解;
- 具备汽车行业生产采购系统10年以上产品经理工作经验，主导过整车厂自研采购系统搭建过程;
- 有产品owner 意识和创新意识，自驱力强，结果导向;
- 有带领和管理项目团队战略落地的经验；
- 逻辑清晰，喜欢抽丝剥茧，乐于分析事物本质，擅长系统地解决问题；
- 创新突破型思维、对设计优秀的企业应用产品为客户创造价值有强烈的驱动力；
- 熟悉汽车整车或汽车零部件采购流程，了解采购数字化行业趋势及发展方向。
