## Job description
- 根据业务需要，组织制定调研计划、调研方案，并推进洞察落地
- 负责洞察用户需求、识别用户关键购车驱动、研究产品定义与用户体验等工作
- 负责市场与行业研究，分析市场大盘、竞争态势、技术环境等工作
- 负责定性研究项目，掌握用户研究方法与分析工具，负责用户观察、深度访谈、焦点小组等工作
- 负责定量研究项目，进行问卷设计、数据处理/分析、报告撰写及汇报等工作
- 根据用户调研、研究分析的结果完成调研报告的撰写和汇报
- 统筹管理调研咨询公司执行进度，产出质量

## Qualifications
- 本科及以上学历，统计学、心理学、数学、社会学相关专业背景优先;
- 从事调研行业 10年以上，有国际市场调研公司经验者优先;(益普索、尼尔森、IDC、GFK、凯度等)
- 具备汽车主机厂，或供应商工作经验者优先
- 具有汽车、手机、智能硬件等相关经验的优先
- 具有较强的报告呈现能力和表达能力
- 具有较高的策略水平、战略思维能力和立足⻓远、把握全局的意识
