[Apply on Xiaomi ’s careers site →](https://xiaomi.jobs.f.mioffice.cn/index/position/7685314823094094086/detail) [OpenNash Jobs](https://jobs.opennash.com/) / [Xiaomi ](https://jobs.opennash.com/companies/xiaomi/) / Senior Network Development Manager ## Job description 【Key Responsibilities】 Network Strategy & Planning - Develop Xiaomi EV’s network development strategy and phased expansion objectives. - Define dealer selection criteria, partnership frameworks, and commercial models under the Private Importer model. - Analyze competitive landscapes, channel structures, and market entry requirements across European markets. - Develop market entry and network expansion strategies based on market potential, commercial considerations, and business priorities. ### Partner & Dealer Development - Identify, assess, and engage potential Private Importer and dealer partners across European markets. - Lead commercial discussions, partnership negotiations, agreement processes, and implementation. - Drive network expansion across multiple markets, including the Nordics, Central and Eastern Europe. - Own the partner and location pipeline, monitor regional progress, and provide regular business updates and reports. - Develop long-term relationships with key partners and support sustainable network growth. ### Network Performance & Operations - Establish and continuously improve performance management frameworks covering areas such as sales performance, customer experience, and brand standards. - Conduct regular partner visits to understand operational performance and identify improvement opportunities. - Address operational challenges and coordinate resources across European teams and global stakeholders. - Drive continuous improvement in partner capabilities, operational standards, and customer experience. ### Site Selection & Retail Development - Support partners in evaluating potential retail locations, developing business cases, and completing approval processes. - Establish and maintain retail identity, visual standards, and operational guidelines. - Monitor store development and construction progress to support timely market launches. - Ensure retail network development is aligned with Xiaomi EV’s brand and customer experience standards. Team & Capability Building - Build and develop the Network Development team as the organization scales. - Strengthen local network development capabilities, market knowledge, and partner relationships. - Collaborate closely with GTM, Marketing, Operations Support, and other functions to enable integrated market expansion. ## Qualifications 【Requirements】 1. 8+ years of experience in automotive sales network development, dealer management, channel development, or related commercial functions. 2. At least 3 years of professional experience working in European automotive markets. 3. Professional fluency in English, additional European language skills are an advantage. 4. Strong understanding of European automotive distribution structures, partner/dealer models, and commercial negotiation processes. 5. Proven experience developing or scaling an automotive sales network across European markets. 6. Strong business development, negotiation, stakeholder management, and cross-cultural collaboration skills. 7. Experience supporting European market or Country entry - or network development of an international automotive brand is highly desirable. 8. Experience with NEV/EV distribution networks is a strong advantage. 9. Established relationships across relevant markets automotive retail, dealer, or distribution ecosystem. 10. Familiarity with relevant EU automotive regulations, data protection requirements, and commercial contracting principles. 11.
