## Job description
- 负责热管理系统架构设计，系统模式拓扑优化；
- 负责热管理性能仿真，多目标优化设计；
- 热管理新技术的探索及应用。

## Qualifications
- 热能、低温制冷、车辆等相关专业硕士及以上学历；
- 丰富的热管理系统设计专业知识；
- 具备设计热管理系统开发经验及相关仿真软件使用经验；有新能源车热泵系统课题经验者优先；
- 良好的沟通技巧，责任心强，团队意识强。
