## Job description

### Responsibilities

Overview: We welcome fresh graduates who are interested in the retail industry to join us and create a better future together!

### Multi-channel retail management

Learn and master the company's retail channel operation model, participate in channel analysis and strategy adjustment.

### New retail model exploration

In-depth understanding of online and offline integration and new retail trends, participate in new retail project practice.

### Strategic operation analysis

Use data analytics to mine market opportunities and risks, and provide data support and strategy suggestions for retail business.

### Future opportunities
- Deeply participate in the formulation and execution of multi-channel retail strategies.
- Participate in the innovative practice of international new retail and the development of the company's retail business.
- Fully participate in all aspects of retail management to ensure the stable development of the business。

## Qualifications
- Have a certain knowledge and understanding of Xiaomi
- Strong communication skills, outgoing personality, strong ability to coordinate resources, and strong willingness to grow
- Have an active sense, be good at discovering and solving problems, and be able to propose reasonable improvement plans
- Preference for operators who understand or are interested
- Xiaomi agrees with its values "6. Fluent in English, which can be used as a working language 7.

### Bonus points

Microsoft Excel ability, data analytics ability, love hardware products, Xiaomi fans
