## Job description

### Support Market Strategy Planning
- Assist in developing GTM strategies and plans for mobile products based on market research and competitive analysis. -Identify target customer segments, key selling points, and market entry strategies.

### Support Product Launch Execution
- Coordinate new product launch activities, including timeline planning, resource allocation, and budget management.
- Create and implement marketing materials (e.g., advertisements, sales toolkits).

### Assist with Data Analysis and Feedback
- Collect and analyze market data, sales data, and customer feedback to optimize GTM strategies.
- Monitor market trends and promptly adjust marketing plans as needed. 13.

### Other Assigned Tasks
- Complete tasks assigned by the mentor or supervisor as needed.

## Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in market analysis tools and data management methods.
- Quick thinker with strong learning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, strong resilience, and the capability to handle a multi-tasking work environment.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese as working languages; 14. Enthusiastic about joining Xiaomi as a full-time employee after graduation.
