## Job description

负责智能出行品类选品和准入， 根据不同市场不同用户和不同渠道的特性，挑选和寻找合适产品； 根据各产品目标定位和业务需求，组织制定产品上市GTM规划，保障业务目标达成； 对产品GTM计划过程进行管理，支持销售团队，拉通产品、计划、供应链、服务等各环节，跨部门整合协同，对产品生命全周期负责； 控货控价管理，保障产品销售利润和收入最大化； 对PSI负责，确保交付准确及时高效。

## Qualifications

本科及以上学历，3年及以上电子消费行业销售、产品、GTM、product marketing经验； 有从0到1阶段项目经历优先，有对业务指标完全负责并在全球或局部地区有拓展经验优先； 有两轮车或智能家庭硬件的产品、操盘或销售经验优先； 逻辑严谨、思路清晰、沟通能力强。为人正直真诚，工作务实认真，态度乐观积极。 有良好的跨团队协作和项目管理经验。
