## Job description
- 统筹安排模具维修事务；
- 制定现场模具维修保养计划，并检查跟踪实施到位；
- 负责班组安全作业；
- 负责车间模具抢修工作；
- 负责维修班组员工培训；
- 负责模具保全管理任务及指标达成；
- 负责班组文化建设；
- 对模具提出合理的意见及建议；
- 支持新模具导入调试；
- 负责模具备品备件的管理。

## Qualifications
- 中专及以上学历；
- 具备5年以上压铸模修经验，2年以上管理经验；
- 熟练使用office软件，能够编制文件及撰写停机报告；
- 具有较强的团队管理及沟通能力；
- 具有较强的问题分析及问题解决能力；
- 熟悉大型压铸模具结构。
