## Job description
- 负责实验室全流程运营管理，建立流程体系，协调设备与排期，保障任务交付；
- 负责内饰包覆及缝纫工艺的日常实施，包括材料裁剪、包覆成型、缝纫加工及后处理；
- 负责制品质量检查、缺陷分析、方案优化与质量提升；
- 负责设备维护管理、档案建立及耗材辅料的库存、采购与存储；
- 负责实验室设备工具管理及安全、5S、保密管理工作。

## Qualifications
- 大专及以上学历，纺织工程、材料工程、机械工程等相关专业优先；
- 具备3年以上汽车内饰包覆或缝纫工艺相关工作经验，熟悉主流设备操作；
- 熟悉各类包覆材料（皮革、织物等）特性及缝纫工艺参数要求；
- 熟练使用常用办公软件，掌握质量检测方法及工具使用；
- 责任心强，具备问题解决、沟通协作及持续学习能力。
