## Job description
- 负责整车属性开发策略的制定及属性开发目标的达成；
- 推动整车开发过程中属性问题的诊断、解决方案的制定及验证，平衡及决策属性开发方案和属性目标；
- 负责整车开发过程中属性阀点交付物的评审，对交付物结果负责；
- 负责属性开发过程中的计划管理、目标管理、问题管理、预算管理、验证管理及交付物管理；
- 与各专项属性进行业务对接，辅助各属性进行问题解决的推进、目标达成，及风险的预警与上升。

## Qualifications

1、本科及以上学历，车辆、机械、材料、力学等相关专业； 2、8年以上主流车企整车属性集成管理经验，主导完成两款以上全新开发车型的属性集成管理，有电动车属性集成开发经验者优先； 英语口语水平好的优先； 3、知识全面且有专业擅长，能够进行属性目标的平衡及方案决策； 4、精通整车属性集成开发流程，熟悉整车开发流程； 5、思路清晰，具备较强的沟通协作能力，执行力及交付意识，有成熟的团队管理经验。
