## Job description
- 负责零售运营类业务的中长期策划、推进与状态跟踪，制定并实施优化方案，完成全链路闭环管理。
- 新业务拓展，推动线上线下融合创新，孵化新业务增长点。
- 跟踪零售运营数据，分析业务表现，提出改进策略并推动执行。
- 协调跨部门资源，确保零售项目高效推进与目标达成。

## Qualifications

1. 6年以上汽车行业经验，3年以上销售运营管理或咨询公司经验，具备经销商/零售ToC工作背景。 2. 主导过全国性或区域级销售体系的搭建或重大变革项目。 3. 精通零售运营全流程（策划、执行、监控、优化）。 4. 具备优秀的项目管理、数据分析与跨部门协作能力。 5. 结果导向，抗压能力强。
