## Job description
- 负责出镜直播、执行脚本、粉丝互动、客户线索收集，上播准备与下播复盘；
- 负责完成目标数量的短视频和图文，内容策划、出镜拍摄和剪辑等；
- 负责其他新媒体账号短视频和图文内容的更新、维护、优化，获取客户线索；
- 定期与销售端复盘线索情况，协助销售跟进客户及转化订单；
- 完成各类产品知识和直播技巧的学习提升。

## Qualifications
- 大专及以上学历，市场营销、传播等相关专业；
- 亲和力强，表现力强，场控能力优异；
- 有大型活动承办经验或1年以上直播工作经验，有良好的曝光或成交业绩；
- 熟悉抖音视频账号等直播汽车玩法，了解流量、互动、转化；
- 较强的图文视频内容策划和创作能力，具备基本的剪辑、拍摄等技能；
- 了解汽车产品基础和行业知识；
- 优秀的沟通能力和资源整合能力，具有较强的敬业心和责任心，务实，注重效率，注重结果；
- 有高端汽车直播经验优先。
