## Job description
- 负责售后配件日常及紧急订单全流程到货跟进，保障配件及时交付；
- 负责售后配件订单到货缺件、破损、延误、质量缺陷等各类异常处理，推动问题闭环；
- 负责售后配件供应商日常业务对接、履约管控及考核数据收集反馈，赋能供应商管理；
- 负责梳理优化配件订单业务流程，推进业务标准化建设；
- 负责关联部门的业务协调和事务沟通。

## Qualifications
- 大学本科及以上学历；
- 三年及以上汽车相关工作经验，熟悉配件相关业务；
- 良好的沟通能力和语言表达能力，逻辑思维清晰；
- 能熟练操作使用office、飞书等办公软件。
