## Job description
- 从事6G无线接入高层方面的研究和创新工作；
- 仿真并验证新技术，撰写技术提案并提交至相关标准化会议；
- 完成创新相关的知识产权保护工作，在相关国内国际标准化组织和会议中代表小米出席。

## Qualifications
- 具备电子，通信，计算机等相关硕士以上学位
- 熟悉基础通信理论，例如调制、波形和信道编码技术等；
- 熟悉3GPP无线通信协议，具备相关开发或仿真经验者优先；
- 有较强的独立解决问题能力，学习能力，创新能力及英文写作和沟通能力。
