## Job description
- 家用中央空调施工现场、视频监理，根据公司 标准系统审核，输出监理报告
- 督促服务网点对家中施工现场问题进行整改闭环;
- 针对工程师TOP安装问题汇总，定期组织区域 内安装工程师培训，提升安装质量；
- 协助分公司处理家用中央空调空调维修调试相关问题；
- 施工过程突发事件分析处理

## Qualifications
- 熟悉中央空调系统工作原理，懂调试、会看图纸 、熟悉多联机技术规范及验收标准
- 能编写监理规划、实施细则、报告等文档
- 识别施工安全隐患，提出整改措施
- 具备网点工程师培训经验，熟练使用Word、 PPT等办公软件，可以独立输出监理报告及培训 资料;
- 大专以上学历，机电类专业优先 6.3年以上施工现场管理或监理工作经验，熟悉多联机安装全流程 5、 有良好的职业道德和素养，能承受较强的工作压力；
- 有白电产品（空调）服务行业经验优先。
