## Job description

需要驻县
- 负责所辖区域内市场情况梳理，寻找并完成拓商拓店目标；
- 进行已合作客户的拜访，解决合作客户经营过程中存在的问题，协助合作商进行业务提升；
- 对合作客户经营现状进行分析，制定长远的发展规划；
- 进行区域内门店的日常管理，例如店铺巡检，门店库存盘点，业务政策传达等；
- 负责所辖区域小米之家渠道及运营商渠道全品类销售管理工作，对门店SI/ST/SO负责。

## Qualifications
- 大专及以上学历；
- 对小米有一定了解，有通讯，终端行业工作背景；
- 熟练office办公软件。
