## Job description
- 协助集团全媒介策略制定、跟进平台水位管理、关键数据指标看板维护梳理；
- 拓展及维护核心平台媒体关系；
- 跟踪互联网媒介市场趋势、平台算法变化与政策更新；
- 协助项目执行及供应商管理等日常协作。

## Qualifications
- 具备5年以上互联网媒介投放经验，有双微一抖等主流平台实操经验，熟悉各平台资源及投放机制；
- 熟悉新媒体生态与玩法，了解不同平台的属性及玩法，具备跨平台策略整合能力；
- 积极主动，具有开拓精神，能主动发掘新兴媒体机会与创新投放形式，不局限于已有资源和经验；
- 数据敏感，熟练使用excel等数据分析工具，用数据驱动决策；
- 具备较强的沟通协调能力与资源整合能力，能高效对接平台方、代理商与内部业务团队。
