## Job description
- 负责小米服务备件国内外系统（包括3C和汽车）的开发和维护工作
- 深入了解业务，带领团队完成系统架构设计和开发
- 熟悉小米售后供应链系统架构和行业技术发展，负责相关系统长期规划，保障新业务高效开展
- 负责售后系统长期质量建设

## Qualifications

1. 有供应链、服务体系工作经验优先 2. 9年以上工作经验，有实线团队管理经验 3. 有较丰富的系统架构经验，能独立完成复杂系统架构设计和落地 4. 需要具备将AI大模型技术应用到业务中的架构能力、推动执行能力 5. 推动ROI较高的AI能力建设，并能拿到相关结果 6. 扎实的计算机基础，数据结构与算法、设计模式等 7. 熟悉常用互联网协议、熟悉Linux、多线程、IO模型、RPC等 8. 了解常用互联网常用组件原理，mysql、redis、rocketmq、es等 9. 具备良好的编码习惯和代码规范，能够指导并编写高质量的代码和文档
