## Job description
- 负责企业文化线上传播物料，包括海报、长图、内刊等设计及投放；
- 负责线下办公区、工厂、试验室等企业文化氛围布置的设计、制作及运营管理；
- 负责内部文化周边、文创产品的设计、制作；
- 负责内宣图片的拍摄及素材库的管理，包括里程碑活动、重要接待、大事记等；
- 负责各类企业文化活动的执行支持

## Qualifications
- 美术、设计相关专业本科以上学历，4年以上互联网公司或4A公司视觉设计从业经验；
- 有独立设计能力，构图与美术功底扎实，能够独立设计主视觉；
- 精通并熟练使用Photoshop、Illustrator等设计软件，具备手绘、插画技能优先，熟悉视频剪辑软件优先；
- 具备良好沟通能力，有良好的团队协作能力，对设计创新有热情和责任感，对汽车热爱者优先；
- 简历须附带个人作品集或作品链接。
