## Job description
- 负责手机品类某产品的服务运营相关工作，对接新品上市服务准备、产品全生命周期的费用把控、服务体验管理及运营支持等各维度工作；
- 负责手机品类某产品的行业知识、信息、竞品动态洞察工作，结合问题分析、专项改善等举措，不断改善品类费用构成，优化整体服务费率；
- 负责手机品类某产品的全链路问题改善工作，优化客户服务体验，规划打造具有行业竞争力的服务政策、流程机制，保障手机品类整体服务的行业竞争力。

## Qualifications
- 本科以上学历
- 具备手机品类服务相关工作经验
- 具备项目设计、开发和运营管理相关工作经验
