## Job description

负责协助团队将大模型、智能体等AI能力落地至整车研发流程，提升工程团队研发效率。

### 具体包括
- 协助基于业务场景构建AI Agent，参与重复性工作的自动化流程开发；
- 参与Prompt模板编写与调优，协助建设可复用的Skills库；
- 协助维护部门级AI中台底座，配合完成AI工具链的日常运维与功能迭代；
- 协助识别高频事务性工作，参与自动化工作流的设计与开发；
- 完成导师安排的其他技术支持工作。

## Qualifications
- 本科及以上在读学生，计算机科学、人工智能、软件工程、自动化等相关专业优先；
- 掌握Python开发，有实际编码经验（课程项目、个人项目均可）；
- 了解LLM应用开发相关技术，包括Prompt Engineering、Agent框架、RAG等，有实际使用或Demo经验者优先；
- 具备基础的数据处理与分析能力，熟悉常见Python数据工具；
- 学习能力强，对AI前沿技术有浓厚兴趣，能主动跟进技术动态并在导师指导下快速上手；
- 具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作意识，能将导师/业务方的需求转化为技术实现；
