## Job description
- 负责Kubernetes核心组件的研发与维护，提升集群的资源调度能力、资源扩展能力、资源弹性能力，并不断提升核心组件的稳定性；
- 负责基于Kubernetes的云原生统一调度能力的建设，包括在线和离线负载的混部能力、资源配额管理能力、资源超卖能力、应用分级能力等；
- 负责Linux单机隔离能力的提升，以及内核相关的稳定性和性能问题的排查解决。

## Qualifications
- 计算机相关专业，本科及以上学历，具有扎实的计算机专业基础；
- 熟练掌握基础的算法和数据结构，熟练掌握Go/C++/Java至少1门语言；
- 具有优秀的自我驱动和学习能力，责任心强，追求卓越，对解决有挑战的问题充满热情；
- 熟悉计算机操作系统，对文件系统设计与实现有深入研究者优先，有开源社区活跃贡献者优先。
