## Job description
- 新产品外观创新设计，确保设计符合小米战略和市场趋势；提升产品用户体验；
- 与工程师、产品经理等团队成员紧密合作，推动设计理念从概念到落地实现；
- 在设计中运用创造力，提出新颖的设计理念和解决方案；
- 保持对设计趋势和技术的敏锐洞察，不断推动创新。

## Qualifications
- 国内外设计院校，本科及以上学历，工业设计专业优先；
- 出色的造型能力，通过手绘、三维模型、渲染、快速模型有效地传达设计理念；
- 对美学有高度欣赏，具备激进的创造力，关注细节；
- 具有良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神。 请务必上传作品集！！！
