## Job description
- 参与制定英国分期业务发展规划，负责分期产品的市场调研、用户需求分析、产品设计、产品迭代；
- 负责与英国银行/租赁机构对接、招采、运营、管理；
- 制定英国汽车金融产品定制开发、上线、迭代管理制度、政策；
- 主导建立和优化金融产品管理及运营体系；
- 构建分期金融数据体系、经营分析体系、定价体系、残值管理体系，分析数据并撰写报告，为决策提供支持；
- 完成管理层交办的其他任务。

## Qualifications
- 本科及以上学历，3-5年相关工作经历；具备较强的英语听说读写能力，可进行英语熟练交流；
- 有主机厂海外项目工作经验，英国地区工作或海外经验优先，有独立项目管理和执行经验；具备优秀的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神，有高度的责任感，有上进心和主动性；
- 掌握英国地区金融产品，有丰富金融产品定价、产品策略及运营管理专业技能，熟悉相关监管政策和业务知识；
- 工作严谨负责，诚信敬业，具市场敏感度与商业意识。
