## Job description

### 交付全流程
- 独立完成交车、功能讲解、系统操作、开票等完整交付流程

### 客诉处理
- 现场独立处理各类客诉，包括质损车等疑难问题，不依赖成都远程支援

### 保障终检
- 交付工位环车检查、拍照留痕（不涉及专业维修，核心要求是细心+留痕）

### 横向协调
- 与2S商等外部合作方拉通协调
- 处理客户的问题和投诉，并及时跟进解决方案，以提高客户满意度；

## Qualifications

、学习能力：能快速上手熟悉了解小米交付业务流程 2、沟通能力：横向拉通、人际协调能力强，情商高，能独立处理客诉 3、语言能力：双语，普通话+本地语言（拉萨需会说/听懂藏语） 4、行业经验：有汽车交付经验，处理过疑难客诉，有一定行业历练 5、本地优先：家在当地的优先考虑 6、本科及以上学历
