## Job description
- 参与能量管理域的相关功能开发（包括但不限于增程系统、驱动系统、电池系统）；
- 完成相关功能设计文档的编写和审核；
- 按照整车项目计划，按节点完成功能开发相关的交付物。

## Qualifications
- 车辆工程、电子工程、机械工程、自动化或类似专业本科及以上学历；
- 熟悉新能源汽车动力系统的工作原理，熟悉电池/电驱或增程系统；
- 具有相关专业仿真或测试软件使用经验，如Matlab、Canoe、INCA等工具；
- 工作踏实，良好的沟通能力，具有责任感和团队精神。
