## Job description
- 负责手机、平板硬件测试开发及验证工作,负责测试方案设计、测试用例研究、测试标准制定；
- 搭建测试环境或平台,完善并执行测试方案以满足产品标准和质量需求,输出测试报告；
- 开发或选取合理的测试设备与系统,以实施测试方案,分析并提出优化改善建议；
- 协助建设内部试验室测试能力,并能对测试问题进行定位分析,提出优化改善建议；
- 外部测试试验室资源的选择和管理。

## Qualifications
- 天线、通信、电子信息、自动化相关专业硕士及以上,211和985优先；
- 对天线和射频模块有一定了解,对测试工作感兴趣；
- 结果导向,自我驱动,具备良好的自学能力；
- 具有良好的沟通能力,团队协作意愿和能力；
- 英语四级及以上水平,具备良好的读写能力；
- 熟练使用office等办公软件；
- 了解常用射频仪器的使用,频谱分析仪.信号源等；
