- SRAM电路设计及优化，数字逻辑电路设计与优化；
- SRAM电路性能特性提取及相关文档的生成；
- SRAM版图设计及优化。

## Qualifications
- 微电子.半导体物理等相关专业，硕士及以上学历；
- 熟悉一门编程语言，具备编写脚本能力；
- 具有良好的沟通与组织协调能力。
