## Job description
- 售后渠道、产品运营、售后工厂、备件等业务的学习、跟进处理；
- 售后相关服务政策调整、制定及落地执行监督；
- 全品类产品售后业务交付和质量提升；
- 售后行业对标及服务竞争力提升；
- 对项目中的具体工作负责，进行文档处理、对于跨部门协作、对外沟通的工作进行妥善的沟通推动、及时反馈、资源协调。

## Qualifications
- 本科以上学历，理工科电子或计算机相关专业优先；
- 良好的沟通协调能力，有良好的自驱力和韧性；
- 熟练使用office办公软件，良好的数据敏感性；
- 思维灵活敏捷，学习能力强，分析能力强，执行能力强；
- 有良好的服务意识，愿意从事售后服务工作；英语和西语可作为工作语言。
