## Job description

电商广告投放专员 负责TikTok/Shopee等电商平台的小米官方旗舰店的广告投放，根据店铺产品、直播节奏、营销果冻、完成计划搭建、人群定向、素材投放、出价设置等全流程投放工作，覆盖直播引流、短视频带货、单品转化等投放场景，并实时监控并调整广告投放数据，包括曝光、点击、转化率、ROI等核心指标，及时关停低效计划，放量优质计划，规避流量异常、成本飙升、跑量缓慢等情况，保障店铺销售 Responsible for running paid advertising for the official Xiaomi flagship store on TikTok, Shopee, and other e-commerce platforms. Based on store products, live-stream cadence, and marketing plans, complete the full process of campaign setup, audience targeting, creative deployment, and bidding.

Cover traffic acquisition for live streams, short-video sales, and single-product conversion scenarios. Monitor and optimize ad performance in real time, including impressions, clicks, conversion rate, ROI, and other key metrics; promptly pause underperforming campaigns, scale up high-performing ones, and avoid issues such as traffic anomalies, rising costs, and slow delivery to ensure store sales performance.

## Qualifications
- 本科及以上学历；
- 良好的沟通协调能力，有良好的自驱力和韧性；
- 熟练使用office办公软件，良好的数据敏感性；
- 外向、思维灵活敏捷，学习能力强，分析能力强，执行能力强；
- 良好的英语听说读写能力，英语可作为工作语言。
