## Job description

### Service Order Monitoring
- Monitor and compare Xiaomi and service provider's system data on daily basis, to correct unsynchronized data;
- Monitor logistics status to identify abnormal data, especially orders with delay risks or lost parcels, and then follow up on abnormal order processing with the relevant owners.

### Customer Feedback Support
- Organize and document the feedbacks from non-system channels like user complaint letters, e-commerce issues, and then support the owners to track the handling progress.
- Compilation of data for replacement and refund orders.
- Execution of DOA return operations under the direction of the relevant owners.

## Qualifications

Ability to work 35 hours per week full-time and start quickly at our Paris office, preferably for a period of 4 to 6 months; Fluency in both Chinese and English; knowledge of French is a plus; Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; Willingness to learn and take initiative in solving problems independently, as well as collaborate effectively with different teams and departments; Strong sense of responsibility and aptitude for managing multiple tasks in parallel; Good service orientation and empathy, ability to provide reasonable and satisfactory solutions to users.
