## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 控库内残损状态，责任方KPI稽核，
- 日常残品处理（售前售后各方信息沟通，各类系统的建单调拨），拉通无处理通路的处理模式
- 对逆向及备件业务仓网及业务流程设计逻辑有清晰认识；
- 对WMS、ERP系统流程有清晰的认识及基础设计及流程规划能力；

## Qualifications

### 岗位要求
- 具有售前残品管理、售后残品处理经验，了解行业内的残品处理模式（有售后RMA经验的优先）
- 具有数据分析，指标管控能力，可以管控残损发生、KPI扣罚等
- 具有较强的跨团队协调能力，执行力和人际沟通能力，可以快速拉通内外部流程
- 熟练使用Office办公软件（有WMS、PSS、XMS使用经验的优先）
- 具有较强的抗压能力和执行力，良好的综合分析能力，协调处理问题的能力，敏锐的观察能力和准确的判断力
