## Job description
- 协助策划线上和线下活动，跟进执行活动，根据执行标准，保证活动质量，达成KPI要求；
- 根据内容选题要求，撰写视频内容脚本和相关图文内容；
- 参与业务规划，协助进行市场调研和竞品调研，完成调研分析；
- 跟踪活动和内容数据，运用数据分析工具进行效果评估和优化建议；
- 与跨部门团队协作，确保运营计划的顺利执行。

## Qualifications
- 本科及以上学历；
- 对互联网产品运营有浓厚兴趣，具备基本的互联网产品运营的知识和技能；
- 扎实的文案能力，熟练的短视频拍摄剪辑技巧；
- 优秀的沟通和协调能力，有项目管理能力，勇于跨部门协同，推进有效合作和项目落地；
- 具有强烈的学习意愿、快速学习新知识、新技能，和快速适应新环境的能力。
