## Job description
- 参与自动驾驶系统中的决策规划模型的开发工作，包括交互决策、横纵向联合优化等。
- 决策规划相关的工程化落地、部署、测试等工作。
- 端到端模型的开发、部署和数据闭环相关工作。

## Qualifications
- 具备扎实的软件编程实现能力，熟悉并掌握C/C++/Pyhton至少一种编程语言。
- 硕士或博士在读，计算机、汽车、机器人、机械和电子等相关专业。
- 具备决策规划相关的基础知识，熟悉采样、评价器等开发。
- 有深度学习经验，熟悉pytorch等框架。
- 有端到端、dlp、大模型等相关经验优先。
- 在高水平国际会议、期刊上发布过相关文章优先。
