## Job description
- 协助进行专利诉讼案件的处理；
- 协助进行标准化及标准化组织相关政策调研工作；
- 协助进行国内外知识产权领域相关法律调查及政策研究等。

## Qualifications
- 拥有法学本科以上学历，通过司法考试或国外法律执业资格考试；
- 英语听说读写能力良好，能够熟练使用英语作为工作语言；
- 具有涉外知识产权学习及工作经验或者竞争法、反垄断学习及工作经验优先；
- 工作踏实细致、积极主动，乐于分享。
