## Job description
- 负责整车操纵稳定、平顺性、转向、制动等动态性能实车调校
- 开展场地、赛道测试，结合主观评价与客观数据优化底盘参
- 协同仿真、电控、零部件团队完成性能匹配与模式标定
- 对标竞品调校水准，确保性能达标且符合法规标准
- 撰写测试与调校报告，跟进问题整改闭环等

## Qualifications
- 车辆工程相关专业，熟知悬架、转向、制动底盘结构原理
- 拥有整车动力学实车调校、路试测试相关从业经验
- 掌握动力学理论，可数据分析、独立完成主观评价调校
- 具备故障研判与优化整改能力，了解行业性能评判标准
- 善于跨部门协作，能适配外勤出差、高强度测试工作
