## Job description

### PatchWall内容本地化运营
- 负责印度内容CP的日常沟通与关系维护，推进内容合作落地；策划并执行本地节日、赛事等重点运营活动；跟踪本地内容趋势与用户偏好，输出品类策略建议，优化分发效率

### 电视应用商店运营
- 制定并执行应用分发策略；对接印度本地开发者及CP，推动应用上架与质量管控；监控核心指标，输出优化建议

### 锁屏运营
- 负责画报内容策划与素材管理；制定分发策略，跟踪展示效果并持续优化

### PatchWall content localization
- Manage daily communication and relationships with Indian content partners, driving content collaboration; plan and execute key campaigns around local festivals, sports events, and other trending moments; track local content trends and user preferences, deliver category strategy recommendations, and optimize distribution efficiency

### TV App store operations
- Develop and execute app distribution strategies; liaise with Indian developers and CPs to drive app onboarding and quality control; monitor core metrics and deliver optimization recommendations

### Lock screen operations
- Plan and manage gallery content and assets; develop distribution strategies, track performance, and continuously optimize

## Qualifications
- 本科及以上学历，2年以上互联网内容或应用分发相关工作经验
- 英文及印度本地任一语言（印地语，泰米尔语，泰卢固等）母语水平
- 对印度各区域文化差异有深刻理解，熟悉印度内容生态与主流媒体/娱乐格局，了解OTT、短视频等内容形态
- 跨文化沟通能力强，自驱力强
- Bachelor's degree or above, 2+ years of experience in internet content operations or app distribution
- Native-level proficiency in English and at least one Indian language (Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, etc.)
- Deep understanding of regional cultural differences across India, familiar with India's content ecosystem and mainstream media/entertainment landscape, including OTT, short video, and other content formats
- Strong cross-cultural communication skills and self-driven mindset
