## Job description

### Plan Compilation Assistance
- Assist planners in collecting sales forecasts and production requirements, compile and participate in developing weekly/monthly production plans and Material Requirements Planning (MRP).

### Material & Inventory Tracking
- Track arrival progress of key components and safety stock levels, identify potential material shortage risks, and issue timely alerts.

### Inventory Structure Optimization
- Assist in analyzing slow-moving materials and inventory turnover rates, participate in inventory audits and optimization analysis.

### Supplier Delivery Coordination
- Assist in liaising with component suppliers, follow up on order confirmations and delivery plan execution, and provide basic supplier delivery performance data.

## Qualifications

### Education
- 2026/2027 fresh graduate, Bachelor's degree or above. Preferred majors include Supply Chain Management, Logistics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics/Statistics, or related fields.

### Core Skills
- Strong logical thinking, proficient in Excel data analysis, with foundational theoretical knowledge of MRP/ERP principles.

### General Competencies
- Rigorous mathematical logic with analytical and forecasting capabilities; sensitive to numerical changes
- Excellent risk anticipation and adaptability; able to calmly formulate solutions for unexpected material shortages
- Strong willingness for cross-department communication, able to smoothly coordinate with procurement, production, warehousing, and other departments
