## Job description
- 参与小米澎湃OS系统的开发与优化，使用Rust语言构建高性能、高可靠的系统
- 协助团队完成模块设计、代码实现、单元测试及技术文档编
- 参与代码评审和技术方案讨论，推动团队技术能力提升
- 跟踪Rust社区动态，研究新技术并落地到实际项目中

## Qualifications
- 熟悉Rust语言基础，了解所有权、生命周期、trait等核心概念
- 有Rust小项目经验（如课程设计、开源贡献、竞赛作品等）
- 掌握数据结构、算法和工具链（Cargo、Rustup等）使用
- 良好的沟通能力和团队合作意识，责任心强

### 加分
- 了解异步编程（async/await）、无锁并发或系统级编程（如操作系统、数据库底层）
